If you are an existing employee who is passionate about The U and interested in supporting University leaders in creating an engaging workplace, consider becoming an Engagement Champion!

The Role

  • Understand, promote, and advocate for workplace engagement
  • Understand how to interpret engagement results
  • Facilitate conversations with leaders and teams on the actions and behaviors that create engaging teams
  • Provide coaching for leaders on how to have team conversations about results and action planning

The Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years as Full time/Permanent employee
  • Performance review of "meets standards" and no performance warnings for the past year
  • Above average engagement scores of last Engagement Survey
  • In a leadership position with direct reports, for at least a year
  • Successfully complete Engagement Champions training and developmental process
