Become a U Facilitator

If you are an existing employee who is passionate about The U and interested in sharing that passion with our new hires, consider becoming a U Facilitator!

The Role

  • Take part in a grassroots team of passionate and dedicated internal brand ambassadors
  • Obtain the ability to positively influence others
  • Embody the University's values
  • Create awareness around the University's unique culture and unified vision for the future

The Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years as Full time/Permanent Employee
  • Performance review of "meets standards" and no performance warnings for the past year
  • Successfully complete U Facilitator training and developmental process

The Process 

  • If you are interested in becoming a U Facilitator, you will need to do the following:
    • Receive pre-approval from your immediate supervisor
    • Attend an Information Session:
      • Info Sessions happen in the Spring of every year
    • Complete the U Facilitator Commitment Form 
    • Successfully complete audition and developmental process
