Executives typically need extra onboarding to understand the University, leadership, and community. They are often times also new to South Florida. In anticipation of the new executive's arrival, there is alot of planning to be done by their leader, executive assistant, and human resources to make a smooth transition to the U. In order to help with this, the following document was created for the onboarding process and can be amended depending on the needs of the executive and role they are filling.
