As part of the Powered by You Comprehensive Engagement Program and in response to the 2023 Faculty and Staff Survey results, Executive Leadership has developed an Enterprise-wide Action Plan. This plan focuses on key areas for improvement, including Reward and Recognition, Culture of Belonging, Leadership Behaviors, and Clarity of Direction.
To support this initiative, the Leadership Insights 360 multi-rater tool is being piloted with senior leaders (AVP and above) to elevate leadership effectiveness. This tool is designed to help leaders enhance their behaviors by providing feedback from direct reports, peers, and supervisors.

The Leadership Insights 360 is a comprehensive tool that gathers feedback from multiple perspectives to help senior leaders improve their leadership skills. By comparing self-perceptions with feedback from others, leaders can gain a clearer understanding of their leadership style, strengths, and areas for growth.
