The Role
- Take part in a grassroots team of passionate and dedicated internal brand ambassadors
- Obtain the ability to positively influence others
- Embody the University's values
- Create awareness around the University's unique culture and unified vision for the future
The Requirements
- Minimum of 1.5 years as Full time/Permanent Employee
- Performance review of "meets standards" and no performance warnings for the past year
- Successfully complete U Facilitator training and developmental process

The Process
- If you are interested in becoming a U Facilitator, you will need to do the following:
- Receive pre-approval from your immediate supervisor
- Attend an Information Session:
- Info Sessions happen in the Spring of every year
- Complete the U Facilitator Commitment Form
- Successfully complete audition and developmental process
