We are looking for energetic, dedicated professionals to join our U Facilitator Program, a community of ambassadors who guide our newest ‘Canes as they begin their journey.
The Role
- Take part in a grassroots team of passionate and dedicated internal brand ambassadors
- Obtain the ability to positively influence others
- Embody the University's principles and values
- Create awareness around the University's unique culture and unified vision for the future
The Requirements
- Minimum of 1.5 years as Full time/Permanent Employee
- Performance review of "meets standards" and no performance warnings for the past year
- Successfully complete U Facilitator training and developmental process
