The Essentials of Leadership (EOL) program provides University of Miami and UHealth/MSOM leaders with the opportunities, resources, tools, and support to ensure a successful developmental journey. The program has four in-person modules that help participants develop critical skills to deliver results and excellence through others. Through experiential learning, hands-on activities, leadership discussions, individual assessments, networking, and coaching, EOL will benefit any manager, new or seasoned. Since its inception, over 900 leaders have successfully graduated from the program.
