The COACH Leader

The COACH Leader provides leaders with skills to deliver Employee-Centric Coaching and develop a coaching strategy and action plan to inspire growth, encourage accountability, and professionally challenge the employee to deliver the desired results.
Duration of Program: 1 Day and 1/2 Day (Days are one week apart)
Who Should Attend: People leaders with at least one direct report
By attending The COACH Leader, you will be ready to:
  • Define the impact of regular, ongoing coaching and feedback on driving employee performance
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and coaching techniques to maximize short and long-term employee performance,and development,to meet the needs of the organization
  • Apply questioning, listening,and feedback techniques using the University’s COACH framework
  • Develop a coaching strategy and action plan to improve performance, develop careers, and encourage high performers
