Who Should Attend: People leaders with at least one direct report
The structure:
- The program is structurd in five modules, once a week, each 2 hours long. Participants will be grouped into cohorts and will engage in activities, discussions, and case studies.
By attending Lead & Manage Bootcamp, University leaders will learn how to:
- Understand the University's expectations for people leaders
- Manage the employee relationship using the laws, regulations, and policies created to promote a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for employees
- Establish performance management standards and expectations to maximize employee results
- Develop a personal plan of action based on awareness of strengths and development needs
