The Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue program teaches dialogue skills that lead to results when stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong. It empowers University leaders to create safe spaces to discuss difficult topics and workplace issues, helping reach alignment and agreement on important matters. The skills turn into behaviors that improve decision-making, commitment to action, productivity, and relationships. As these behaviors become consistent, they empower organizations, teams, and individuals to develop high-performance cultures based on trust and respect.

The in-person classes are on hold until further notice, and TOD is currently offering licenses for leaders to take the Crucial Conversations online training via the VitalSmarts Instructional Platform.
