New Leader Experience

The University of Miami knows that leaders play a key role in living out the mission and achieving organizational goals. The objective of the New Leader Experience (NLE) program is to support newly hired and newly promoted leaders with a successful transition to a supervisory role within the University. NLE provides an overview of leaders’ main responsibilities and key processes, as well as the resources and tools they need to execute key management tasks at the U. As a critical part of the onboarding process, it helps leaders engage with their teams to deliver results and achieve their development goals.

The in-person classes are on hold until further notice, and TOD is currently offering the New Leader Experience Webinar. This 2-hour virtual session gives new leaders a taste of the topics covered in person.
