The University of Miami knows that leaders play a key role in living out the mission and achieving organizational goals. The objective of the New Leader Experience (NLE) program is to support newly hired and newly promoted leaders with a successful transition to a supervisory role within the University. NLE provides an overview of leaders’ main responsibilities and key processes, as well as the resources and tools they need to execute key management tasks at the U. As a critical part of the onboarding process, it helps leaders engage with their teams to deliver results and achieve their development goals.
