Program Timeline

To prepare for the series, all participants are required to attend a 90 minute virtual orientation session as well as:

  • Day 1 – Orientation, 1.5 Hours for Participants, 45 Mins for Sponsors
  • Day 2 – The Business of the U, 2 Hours
  • Days 3 & 4 – Choosing to Lead & Change as the New Normal, 1.5 Days
  • Days 5, 6, & 7 – Driving Results through Others, 2.5 Days
  • Day 8 – Leadership in Action, Half Day
  • Day 9 - Graduation, 2 Hours

  • Participants must attend one virtual orientation, and all the in-person sessions/dates in their assigned cohort. Cohorts are assigned once participants are admitted to the program, based on their preference and availability.

  • Sponsor Orientations

    Sponsors are required to attend one virtual Orientation to learn about the Essentials of Leadership program and any assignments they may have throughout the series.
