Program Dates

Enrollment for Series 19 now open! If you are interested in enrolling for Series 19 in the Spring 2024, please fill out this form.

You can review the program dates for Series 18 below. To participate in the program, the interested party must be recommended by their supervisor. 

Program Timeline

To prepare for the series, all participants are required to attend a 90 minute virtual orientation session as well as:

  • Module 1 – The Business of the U, 2 Hours
  • Module 2 – Choosing to Lead & Change as the New Normal, 1.5 Days
  • Module 3 – Driving Results through Others, 2.5 Days
  • Module 4 – Leadership in Action, Half Day

  • Participants must attend one virtual orientation, and all the in-person sessions/dates in their assigned cohort. Cohorts are assigned once participants are admitted to the program, based on their preference and availability.

  • Sponsor Orientations

    Sponsors are required to attend one virtual Orientation to learn about the Essentials of Leadership program and any assignments they may have throughout the series.
